We Buy

We find an extremely undervalued property or rental property we want to purchase. Once you give us the green-light, we receive the funds from you to purchase and renovate the property.

You Invest

At closing, you receive an Investment Funds Agreement along side Durr Capital Group on the home along with our important documents

We Renovate

Once the renovations are complete (typically 3-6 months), we’ll list and sell the property unless its a rental property.

You Get Paid

When it’s time to close, you’ll receive your principle plus 20% interest payment. It’s just that simple.
